speedfreq
This is the first release of my CPU speed
control daemon. It only implements very simple policies, with the expectation
that it is a tool to be used by other programs with higher-level policy
knowledge.
This requires cpufreq to be compiled into your kernel. I have only
tested it with cpufreq in kernels > 2.5.70.
