We drove quietly down the highway to Jerilderie where we stopped for gas, groceries, and lunch. We also found a public dump point so we took advantage ot it even though we had dumped in Dubbo.
We reached Deniliquin and found that there was nowhere to free camp so we went to Four Mile Camp 8 km south of the town on the banks of the Edwards River. It is at the end of several kilometres of bumpy dirt road which had been flooded recently. The camp itself is very peaceful and we had a pleasant night.
