I had to dump the waste water again. It was much easier than the last time as this time it was not raining.
I did some more work for Eco-Camping Australia.
Another good weather day/ I spent the whole afternoon finishing the project for Eco-Camping Australia.
When I got some pots out to cook dinner I found that there was another water leak in the under sink cupboard. As I got to the seat of the problem, I found that it was a very slow leak that had filled a 4 litre saucepan which had then overflowed. The clean up took a tremendous effort and left me pretty well bushed for the rest of the evening.
I continued working on the Eco-Camping Australia website.
I planned to do more work but I couldn't get started. I did a little bit in the afternoon.
The weather continues to be clear, bright and mild. We need to stay here another week because there are so few places we can camp between here and Bundaberg for more than one night.
I got a bit of work done.
More of the same.
Watching the news on TV I realised that stereotyping is probably the cause of more trouble in our society than anything else. People are constantly being discriminated against because they share some irrelevant characteristic with perceived evildoers. Because one policeman is suspected of some transgression, all policeman are suspect.
I got the laundry done before lunch and I finished the next ECA project before supper.
Having heard on the news that the "greenies" have criticised Boeing for building a more fuel efficient airliner because "it will encourage more people to travel". They would have us believe that less fuel efficient aircraft is better. There is no doubt in my mind that we need a NEW ENLIGHTENMENT and we need if NOW. A new Age of Reason is vital if humanity is to solve its present problems. Sloganism will not do the job.
