Having done all that needed to be done in Fremantle, we relocated to the caravan park at Caversham to be near Bayswater for the last of our business in Perth.
I did some maintenance in the morning and watched the motorcycle grand prix on the TV in the afternoon.
We went to Bayswater to get the mail and the new credit card. Neither had arrived so we will have to hang around in Perth a bit longer.
I went to Bayswater to pick up the mail. The bank told me that the new credit card would be available tomorrow morning.
The card and cheque book were ready when we visited the bank in Bayswater. We drove in to Perth to find a Thomas Cook where we could buy $US travellers cheques and currency over the counter. The city branch of the Bendigo Bank provided the money and the HBSC Bank nearly opposite provided the $US. We had lunch in a SE Asian Restaurant, I sated my laksa deficiency and Jean had her favourite Singapore Noodles, very good.
